    Sorry but what is ADR?

Thanks for the rest of the information.

Can I take it that you experienced guys will help with a decent POLPA appeal?

Do I require any special circumstances to make it a decent appeal?

    So many questions...

Acronyms and abbreviations are explained in the NEWBIES thread.

You really need to put some effort into this or else you will be screwed. Did you not even bother to google this, it is number one? You do know what google is I take it.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
  • My apologies...I really didn't think to check Google as I wrongly assumed it was an abbreviation only used on this site...
  • Just to update anyone who is interested, I have just had an email from the Hotel saying that they have asked Smart Parking to waive the charge in this instance.

As advised here, I have asked for written confirmation from Smart Parking. Let's hope I get it.

Many thanks to all for your advice. It is much appreciated. I know that many of you are seasoned campaigners in this situation but it is still a bit of a shock for us newbies...

Until you get confirmation from smart they have cancelled you do need to progress your popla appeal.

Don't lose out on your popla appeal if the time to get it in expires and smart haven't cancelled.
  • Thanks. I won't. I will give it until the end of the week and see what comes back from the company or the hotel.
