TV cabling to 2nd bedroom

We have a main TV cable socket in the living room but none anywhere else in the property.
What can I do to get another main cable socket into our bedroom at the other end of the property? Ideally I dont want cables running down the length of internal walls etc., and have already hidden existing cabling under the skirting, and do not want to start ripping that up again (lost of no more nails and caulk used!)
Can a second line come directly from the roof aerial? Thanks.

You will need to split the cable at an appropriate point (probably in the loft) and then run a cable from there to your bedroom, either behind the plasterboard or behind trunking. If you're fairly close to your TV transmitter you can probably get away with a cheap "passive" splitter in your loft. If you've far away/in a bit of a low signal area, you'll need to have an active splitter (amplifier), but these aren't expensive - just a hassle as you'll need to power it. Shouldn't cost much to do as a DIY job or maybe an hour or two for a professional.0

Maybe should have clarified first that I occupy the ground floor floor property of a converted 3 story Vic townhouse, so no access to loft etc..0 -
Is the aerial already shared? You can run extra off the aerial, but may need a booster once it enters the house. Or have another aerial added just for you!0

If you have WiFi go with a streaming box like NowTV
No cables.
You can pick them up really cheap.0 -
If you go for WiFi streaming route another one go consider is Chromecast - runs iPlayer and other TV catch-up apps, YouTube etc and subscription free.0
