PARKINGEYE failure to deliver

PE have become so complacent that they no longer address any points or questions that you may raise, as stated by Mark at PE. I also believe that the delay their post so as to panic you into paying the charge. I've noticed that this is normally now 19 days to receipt of NTK . I think they do the letters on a Monday and post on the Friday or on the 5th day.
I received a rejection with not a single point answered. They do not register their outgoing post despite knowing that a civil case could be raised. It will end up with this being a free stay at the car park which i was entitled to but with PE paying POPLA for the privilege. Maybe they know something that I don't know! Anyway! I will publish the cancellation when it comes through. And seriously, i just phoned them to ask them to at least try to put up a fight with justification but to no avail.

Given the size of PE and their beavis victory, I was shocked at their paperwork particularly their POPLA submission which they never sent a copy to us until I wrote quoting the BPA! It was so badly put together you think in the years at this site they might have an accurate half decent submission. I think most of their staff would struggle to find the !!!!!! with both hands. Some photos say sign removed, the site plan doesnt match the photos!!

They seem to work off a software lead/computer controlled automated letter process, that is designed to scare people into paying. They don't seem geared up to deal with appeals or POPLA submissions.

Then again g24 are much the same and every letter they send says we will not respond to further correspondence.

However they told me I am not entitled to request they do not send further correspondence! Their garbled letter talks of popla and IAS appeal and makes little sense.

Parking Eye along with all the scammers work on a numbers game meaning they ignore, knowing that a percentage of people will just pay up.
They only wake up when a properly prepared appeal goes to the likes of POPLA.

The scammers hate this forum as with the good advice given here, why should they worry about the motorist who is not clued up.
All they want to do is extort money from people and the government is still allowing this to happen ??

What do you expect, John Lewis levels of customer service? I cannot imagine that they attract top drawer applicants, probably JSA clients on a final warning.

This lack of application and attention to detail works against them of course in court, but many of their victims probably think that a beavis is an aquatic mammal which builds dams. Pay peanuts, get monkeys.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
