On something like the Range Rover Sport, I'd run a PCP and change it every 3 years. There PCP plans are designed so you build up some equity in the vehicle so after the third year yo just order a new car and it carries on. My accountant has been doing that for years now and very rarely lost out.0

They could argue that the deal that was offered was based on you taking their finance, which you've agreed to by giving them the deposit. If you were to back prepare for a fight to get all your deposit back.
Deposit returned without a fight. Finance from Halifax, RR Sport bought from a different dealer. All is good again!0
