Keep seeing this one pop up. Whilst dreadful if its true, I just can't see why they'd want to use it to win a small prize or two.

Just seen this one. And read it out to DH who just shook his head. BTW, isn't it funny how, when a store runs a competition, tons of folk suddenly decide that it's their favourite shop?

It's a very nice prize, but I stand by my initial reaction !!!!!!?

My dad has terminal cancer and I don't mention this to win a prize. What annoys me is how many people share sob stories then win :eek:

"The first year me and my husband were together he brought me a necklace, i wore it through the hardest time of my life, we held my daughter whilst she past away, we cried, screamed and held each other tight, 8 years later we finally were getting ready to bring my next daughter home when we realised in the emergency rush i'd lost my necklace at the hospital, but my reward bringing my baby Faithy home was a fair swap! i think about that and do not own a necklace now, you have one on your site but i haven't the funds so this would be my favorite thing!!"

Just read this out to Mr Dontone, who did his usual eye roll and lol'd at it.
Trouble is, is that the punctuation is so bad, it made me out of breath 'cos I read it as it was written and my eyes hurt :rotfl:
There should be a competition where the 'prize' consists of comma's & full stops. :T

I also put "I'd share it with my kids" cos that's the truth! I bet most of the people claiming to share the prize with children's hospices etc, have no intention of doing so!
