New York dates changed - Help!!

I currently have booked 7 nights at the Days Inn (Broadway) on a 'advanced payment, no cancel' deal.
2 things though.
1. although it is booked and visible on their website they still haven't taken this 'advanced' payment after almost 1 month.
2. Our flights have just changed, unfortunately (in a way) adding an extra day either side of the current 7 days. So I need to arrange a hotel for both sides, or extend the current one?
Therefore. If they haven't taken payment do you think I have any kind of get out option? and if not what do you think I should do?
Weird questions I know, but thanks in advance if you can give me some pointers

You didn't by any chance book with Flyglobespan.com. my sister in law was messed about no end by them. When she booked and paid it was direct from Liverpool to New York. Then it stopped in Ireland. Then the flights were cancelled and they changed dates. Then the flights were cancelled altogether. Be warned. She had the same problem having booked hotels she couldn't cancel without losing money.0

No, you don't have a get out. They may not even take payment until you do/ do not turn up, but they will take it!

Looks like they should have, but still doesn't mean that they won't. You need to get in touch, that is the only way you are going to get a definitive answer.Gone ... or have I?0

They may have just reserved the money with your credit card, not actually taken it. If you have internet access to your statement, check the 'pending' amount to see whether this is the case.
