Universal credit reaction to 3 days paid work

I have been on universal credit for about 2 months, and the monday just gone i started a new job.

Now the first day was great, as it was doing the job duties i applied for. But on the 2nd day i was placed in a section which job duties require certain strengths i do not possess, due to a medical condition, but was happy to do the job because i thought it was just a tryout, but on the 3rd day it was made clear to me that this would be my permanent position, because i was the most qualified out of the new recruits.

I spoke to the manager about this, and i told him how i was unhappy in this role and wished to be placed in the job i applied for, but was told i either accept this role or i would be let go.

I ended up being dismissed.

Now i am unsure as to what will happen with Universal Credit now, as i worked 3 days, and will most likely be paid for those days shortly.

Will i receive a reduction in my UC next month, and how will their system interpret the influx of salary connected to my national insurance?

My brother is on UC with a zero hour contract and his UC payment is based on his wages month to month (his runs 25th to 24th, not sure if thats everyones or just his)

For example, he earned £240 last month and I think his UC is due to be around £160?

UC is supposedly designed to cope with this kind of situation and should simply take the earnings for those 3 days into account when calculating your entitlement next month.

Well i get £500 and something per month with the housing element attached which would be £260 pm on its own.

If i earned, lets say £200 for 3 days work. Would my UC complete income be £300+ for that month? and would it continue to remain that low thereafter, because the system assumed i would be receiving £200 per month indefinitely. Or would i have to phone to confirm i was no longer receiving that money per month?

There is a 65% reduction. But as I've asked in another post, i'm still unsure how it works. E.g. If someone is self-employed they are down for min wage. at 35 hours per week, whatever they earn so they'd get nothing except in exceptionally high benefit circumstances, unless there was some other clause to it.
