Can anyone recommend cheap contents insurance for a flat in flood risk area?

I've moved into the 4th Floor of a block of flats but my previous insurer won't move my contents insurance due to flood risk. I think half the UK would have to be under water if my flat itself was flooded. Can anyone recommend a cheap insurer who will cover this?

My previous deal came direct through my bank and was under half what any insurer had offered on the internet or over the phone. Previous insurer was Bank of Scotland £13.11/month for third floor 2 bed flat not in a flood risk area £10,000 contents insurance.

Try a local broker (not Swinton) - ie local to the flood risk area - who may know sympathetic insurers used previously for the locality
