Newbury Park station
Hi, hope this is a really easy question but I cannot find out the answer. I have a blue badge and am looking to park at Newbury Park station in a few weeks on a Saturday all day. If all the disabled spots are gone am I still able to use the blue badge in a normal spot for free or do I have to pay?
Old Faithful we roam the range together,
Old Faithful in any kind of weather,
When the round up days are over,
And the Boulevard’s white with clover,
For you old faithful pal of mine.
Old Faithful in any kind of weather,
When the round up days are over,
And the Boulevard’s white with clover,
For you old faithful pal of mine.

A word of warning. The car park at Newbury Park is likely to be extremely busy , I dropped my son off there on a Saturday a few weeks ago when the TFL rail service was suspended and I couldn't even get anywhere near even to drop off. The reason is that the Local TFL overground service is mainly suspended on the weekends for cross rail work so anyone wanting to get into London needs to use the tube. Add to that the West Ham fans who now need to use that line to get to Stratford and I suspect it is likely to be chaos.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. One of the other things to check is that if the overground lines into Liverpool Street is closed entirely due to Cross rail work then the car park at Newbury Park station is often closed to cars as they use it as a bus terminus for the replacement bus service. Probably best to see if you can phone beforehand and make sure the car park is even open.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Thanks for the reply, had a quick look at the tfl website and it seems when I want to go the 27th there are no planned works on the overground. Still dont know if I can park in a normal space though, will give tfl an email and find out.Old Faithful we roam the range together,
