Smartphone Or Tablet?

Well, I was thinking about purchasing any of those since I dropped my phone to the ground and the screen just cracked, therefore, I will definitely have to buy a new one, however, I was thinking about if I shall buy a tablet or a smartphone, which one would be better? I generally use that kind of devices to take pictures, video recording, and WhatsApp , also a little bit of Instagram.
which one shall I buy according to my tastes?:j

That's the answer your tastes .

Key here is size a ten inch tablet shows better video but is stupid when making a phone call.

    I would go midway for a Phablet something like a Note 3 or 4 or 5 .

If you want to make phone calls, get a smart phone - you'll struggle using a tablet of any decent size. If you won't need to make calls, a tablet is great - they are a bit big to stick in your pocket. I have a tablet which I use at home or take on hols with me, and a basic phone for texting and phoning.

A phone lets you make calls and is more portable as it fits in your pocket. A tablet has a bigger screen so can be better for watching movies and anything else that benefits from a bigger screen. So really to decide you need to think about the differences and which is most important to you.
I am pretty sure Those things you like can be used on both.
Whether phone or tablet I would get an android device.
