We are thinking of moving from wales to Scotland. can somebody tell me please ,are benefits rules the same in Scotland as they are in England and wales, like for claiming esa ,pip ,carer, allowance and housing benefit?

The Scotland Act 2016 saw responsibility for disability benefits such as DLA, PIP, Carers Allowance and Attendance Allowance devolve to Scotland - so in future the Scottish government could change these benefis independently to the rest of the UK.
