Tax credits, enhanced PIP awarded after final tax credits award.

Ive just won a tribunal and been awarded enhanced care and standard Mobility PIP.
This was from Sep application last year so award from then. If DWP do not appeal, ive just realised there is a crossover of a couple of months when I was receiving WTC under the 28 week allowed sick on ESA. The WTC then stopped and I just get the CTC.
Obviously the tax credits have been finalised for last year, but I never knew I would get this before renewal. So if the DWP dont appeal and send the award notice, do the tax credits retrospectively add on the severe disability premium thing to the award for last year please ?

As long as you inform them within 30 days of the decision being made, tax credits will backdate. You don't lose out because DWP take so long to decide.0
