Keller cookshop

Did anyone take advantage of the offer at Keller Cookshop in the recent email for the knife block? I ordered 14 days ago and was told i would receive an "item shipped" email within 10 days, this has not arrived yet. They are also not responding to emails or answering the phone.

Help.

    How did you pay? How much was the knife block and what country is the seller in?

    I paid about £28, with my visa card. The company is uk based, DKB Household UK Limited Bridge House, Eelmoor Road, Farnborough, Hampshire. GU14 7UE.

    The offer was through the MSE weekly email.

  • I can help. I just left a very snotty message on their answer machine system claiming I would open a dispute with PayPal (lucky I used this to pay on this occasion) if someone didn't either ring or email me today as I have had the same problem.

    Someone rang me back within 5 mins but I accidentally killed the call. A very polite lady left a very apologetic message saying they have been absolutely swamped and don't even have time to answer the phones or reply to messages and are trying to get all the orders out. Apparently the order will be fulfilled. She then took the time to call back a second time and I actually spoke to her. It seems a smallish outfit that is currently overwhelmed.

    They got back to me. They are real people and you (and I) will get our knives. I think maybe a blanket email notice would have helped but hey. Bear with them :)

    Is it the cynic in me that notes that Cosham isn't a million miles from Farnborough?

  • I have had exactly the same issue. I've emailed and left a message but had no reply. Hopefully I will hear back.

    Yes it's the cynic in you. It's actually my surname and I live in Brighton but thanks for the vote of confidence. To think I only registered to reassure the OP.

    I only gave my opinion based upon what she said on the phone, sorry for being inexpert in the face of your brilliance
