Already used help to buy on my own... am I eligible for shared ownership?

I bought my flat on my own 3 years ago but me and my girlfriend are thinking about buying our own place... even it meant buying in 'her' name would we be eligible for shared ownership or even help to buy again?

Are you going to sell the property you currently own?

Yes, it's already on the market. The properties we are looking at do part/ex too but I've no idea what my eligibility is..

You can purchase shared ownership or HTB Equity Loan as long as you will own no other property with effect from completion.

You cannot use Part Ex with HTB and it's not likely to be available on Shared Ownership either.
