Has anyone had any dealings with this company (as per title), please?
I have bought insurance for my son's 4 month student to America, starting next week, and have since read rather discouraging things
. I have tried to get in touch to make slight changes to cover dates and consequently Google has brought up some further info (and they are difficult to get hold of, haven't had a response from them for 3 days).
I did research into which company was most suitable.....but it's a minefield as many criteria have to be met for him to be living on campus. At the time I was happy with my choice, nowI am a litle concerned.
Any advice?
Thanks

Have tried that
.
Before this morning I only had American contact details; after a bit more research I have a UK contact number and email and am now awaiting a reply......was wondering how other users have found them.0 -

Unfortunately, my call couldn't be taken at a convenient time for myself or the person I needed to speak to. I also, personally, prefer to have email confirmation of things so that I can refer back to, print off or clarify if necessary.
