As the title says, Douglas Harris and his mob are back in business once again, with full DVLA and BPA approval. Watch your backs guys!

Why the BPA would enrol this outfit, previously convicted of misleading motorists, one wonders in disbelief. There again, with so much member haemorrhage to the IPC, any 'new' member of any ilk is always welcome! And perhaps the more dodgy, the better!

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Why do you think they were banned / restated?
According to the DVLA they regularly get and have been getting 200/300 names per month for the last 2 years up to June of this year?

Indeed, this seems to be rather old news. I'd love it if they got banned again, they're all over my locality, so much potential fun to be had!0
