Halifax Clarity - Account will get closed, can I do anything?

Looks like I got another letter in the post, this time from "Lloyds Banking Group - Pitreavie Credit Card Operations" with Halifax Logo on the top.

To be honest I am much more sad to see this letter than having my Halifax account closed .... because there are many bank accounts out there (I just switched to Barclays) - but there aren't many good Credit Cards like the Clarity one...

My question to you is there anything I can do about it, anything at all, or I would lose my Clarity card on September? :(
