It might be illegal depending on the nature of the photographs. See the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015, sections 33 to 34. http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2015/2/pdfs/ukpga_20150002_en.pdf

Only if the pictures are 'private' or 'sexual', as defined in section 35.

I'd tell her to ask nicely or they will be staying. If she's gonna be threatening towards you then not much of an incentive to respond really.

And even if asked nicely depends what the pictures are. If they are solely of her then fine whatever take them down, but if the photos of her across a beautiful landscape then tough it was your holiday too and your photos and memories.

Blimey that escalated quickly - assuming you booked the holiday you wanted you've only been back a day and you're already threatened with legal action by the ex

Presumably it's out of order to ask if you had a good time ?

We actually had a great time, but she's extremely jealous she accused me of looking at other women on the beaches and she hates the fact that I have female friends.

We actually booked a holiday through Teletext holidays, it was a little over budget but it met our requirements.

    Don't take them down.

Just cut and paste a photo of a hot celebrity over her head.
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

You do realise that just because you are wearing sunglasses, you can still tell if you are eyeing someone up;)

If it was up to her, she'd have me walking with my eyes to the ground or just staring at her.

Facebook doesn't allow  those type  of photos to be posted ;)

Any normal photo taken in a public place can be posted anywhere, there is no expectation of privacy in public under UK law (unless your behaviour constitutes harassment to get them).
