    sigh - seriously, if you can read, you can use parentpay (both the previous and current - since June - versions).

    I set my own reminders to top up my daughter's lunch account, as all websites can freeze/crash so its not a clever idea to wait until the day your child spends the last of their lunch money to top it up. Parentpay, when its been frozen/unavailable to access, hasn't in my experience had lengthy delays in becoming usable again.

    I've experienced problems with these clowns too where my son had to miss lunches.
