washing machine door

Hi everyone
New here so please be kind to me and sorry if this is a generic question which someone else has answered elsewhere on the website.
I have a Bosch Exxcel washing machine which is about 5 years old. It has always served us well without too much issue however over the weekend something happened to the door and now it won't 'latch on' properly.
It seems to close but you can tug the door and it opens. Have tried pushing on the door harder but no luck.
Is this something I can fix myself or do I need to call Bosch?
Any help would be much appreciated

With ours, it sometimes needs a harder 'nudge' in the 5 o'clock position on the door.0
