Multiple addresses, overdraft declined

Hi there,
I have around £100k in cash spread across three current accounts.
Have about 4/5 credit cards, all of which pay the balance at the end of each month.
I was somewhat surprised that one of my banks declined to put an overdraft on the current account I use for my house bills giving reference to my credit rating not being right.
I have ran checks and as expected, it is in very good standing.
The only thing I can think it would be is the fact I have two addresses.
I have lived with my mother for a long while and still keep all of my bills in her address as well as credit cards & anything financial (post is much more reliable there). I rent a house 20 minutes away. I pay council tax for both properties. Could this be causing an issue with the credit file?
I have no bad debt, no loans, nothing that should cause an issue.

Hi Henry Gregory,
It does sound as though you have will have other associated addresses on your credit file because of the fact that some paperwork still goes to your mothers address. This could cause issues with credit/ ID checks when it comes to applying for credit. It may be wise to stream line your post to avoid issues like this in the future.
