IWOOT will not dispatch or refund my order

I placed an order with the online retailer IWOOT (I want one of those). On the 9th of July totalling £132. After a week of not being dispatched, I contacted them to find out the problem and they told me the item was out of stock and would be sent when it came in. A few days later I asked to cancel my order but they said they can't as it was in the dispatch process, so I waited again. Now it has been 24 days since I ordered and they still haven't dispatched and still will not refund my money. I have contacted several times asking them to dispatch or refund me and each time I have been fobbed off in one way or another. Not sure what I can do about it and would like some advice.

    Have you contacted them in writing (email is OK) to cancel your order?

    What card type did you use to pay? (Credit or debit).

    Was any single item of your order £100 or more?
