Couple of questions

Hello, it's taken me 5 years to login (my ineptitude, probably!). So glad I've made it at last!
Before I logged in the forum had a nicer look aesthetically. Is it possible to change the colour/print size/layout etc?

Secondly, I supposedly won two tickets from Smooth to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and I was told last week I could use them between 1st and 31st August. But they still haven't confirmed and I've told them I'm only in London on 4th August. From their terms and conditions they are already a month late picking winners and they are now breaking the terms again by not being able to fulfill dates from 1st August onwards as that's already gone. Is there anything I can do? My daughter was so excited about going this Thursday and now it looks like it will be a disappointment.

Have you tried calling them/emailing them?

Tickets usually have to be picked up from the venue

You could try calling the theatre and see if they have tickets in your name to pick up

Yes, I've emailed twice, last time on Friday, but the man at Smooth just says the promoters are dragging their feet.......

Their promotions team seem pretty poor I'm afraid.
We won tickets to an event in Birmingham and they weren't there as promised. The venue were brilliant and let us in anyhow, but apparently it wasn't the first time they'd experienced it. We did let Smooth know and they were appalled and said they'd chase it up so it never happened again...
