Landlord insurance - contents & F&F but not buildings

Hi folks,

I've been looking to renew my landlord insurance (let for 1 year) and basically need to get a policy which covers the contents and fixtures & fittings, but not the building as that's covered by the management company (just the structure of the building, the bathroom fittings/cupboards etc aren't, so that's what I need cover for).

Simply business allows this option but very few of the other brokers do (they only allow quotes for contents only or contents and buildings including rebuild value), and I'm getting fed up of the pain of filling in all the quote forms only to find this. (Just had a ten minute discussion on the phone with Discount Landlord Insurance but to no success..)

Anyone else got some tips of who to get a quote from in this situation so I can be a bit more targeted in my search?
