Does anybody use Trustnet to monitor their portfolios. Although I am not a customer i find their site useful.
When I click on the Portfolio link I cannot get access to my holdings. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

Take my advice at your peril.

Do you get an error message of some sort?
This happens to me from time to time. It generally sorts itself out before long, and my impression is that it is due to an advert failing to load correctly. Sometimes the correct page appears very briefly before failing.
Sometimes it can be remedied by logging out of Trustnet and going around again.I am one of the Dogs of the Index.0 -
Thanks. It now seems to be working but not well. Keep getting the 404 message.Take my advice at your peril.0

I find it only works if the browser window keeps focus until the page has loaded. If I right-click on the link and select "Open in New Tab", or if I click on another tab while I'm waiting for it to load, then I get the 404 page0

HTML 404 message means the page could not be found.
Maybe you typed it incorrectly, or the machine that hosts the page is down, or had the page deleted or renamed incorrectly.0 -

I use the link on the Trustnet site or use the link in my favourites which I've been using for years.Take my advice at your peril.0

I get the same thing. I've found if you open in a new tab, and get a 404, all you need to do is click the back button on the 404'd page, and it loads properly.0 -
Not working for me again. 404 message continues. I've tried opening a new tab but if I click the back button all I get in the previous page.
PS. Just got it to work for the first time today. But when I move away from the page I can't get back in. Clearly trustnet have done something as I've been using this site for many years without difficulty.Take my advice at your peril.0 -
Just a hunch but, as I said, the way the page behaves sometimes makes me suspect a problem with one of the flashy ads failing to load properly. If you sit it out a couple of days, the ads change and all is well.I am one of the Dogs of the Index.0

If it's a dodgy ad or similar, clearing your cache can often resolve the problem. Try a different browser and see what happens0
