Having been with the same bank for over 30 years I don't really consider myself a basher. I know when service has deteriorated and that deterioration started with Santander. But if you yourself haven't been through every transition of the bank you don't know what you're talking about.
In today's world Santander is no doubt excellent but in the world of 1968 when National Girobank was conceived and developed by later incarnations Santander is pants.0 -
