Council rejected appeal

Fined for parking on a road with no signage at all.

Council state the signs were on earlier streets he drove through, on a street perpendicular to where he parked, showing hubby he was entering a residential parking area. No signs at all on the street where he was fined - they agree with that.

Worth persuing or just pay the fine?

It is worth persuing and after the council procedure ends you can appeal to
