Anyone have a Vaillant boiler?

After having a new cylinder installed by B G I cannot get my boiler to heat the water to a decent temperature. I have the manual but it does not tell you how to raise the boiler temperature. Don't really want to call B G back for this, if anyone could help. Thanks.

I thought the cylinder was separate and apart from the boiler? I'm sure someone will know.0

Vaillant have made hundreds of different boilers over the years, a model number would help.0

You've probably checked already but is the cylinder thermostat set to 60 degrees or higher?0

Sorry, it's a Vaillant Thermocompact. The cylinder is set at about 55.0
