Both of those sites only cater for London, don't they?
I only ask because I am looking for sites to get in touch with private landlords (because I'd rather cut out middlemen) but I live in the west midlands.
Are there any nationwide sites?0 -
You could try https://www.torent.co.uk
I *think* it's free (as in, I can't find a price on the website, but I cannot register as I'm not a Landlord.)0 -

gumtree caters for other UK cities/towns including Birmingham. Look at the menu on the right hand side of your screen.I'm not cynical I'm realistic

(If a link I give opens pop ups I won't know I don't use windows)0 -
I'd recommend Gumtree too, I posted a 'wanted' ad and got a few replies from private landlords, one of whom I'm signing an AST with this week. It couldn't have gone better really.
Well - touch wood
