Whatever you "want" wont make the buyers of the house speed up and all your daily harassing of the solicitor is doing is costing you money and accomplishing nothing. Its not even making you feel better! OK so you might "get a £100k so whats an extra thousand?" you asked, well would you burn an extra thousand in the street once you've got your £100k? If not, why are you doing it now?

You live somewhere you can afford, no one is trying to evict you, you have food, heating, water, you dont have a serious illness needing costly or painful medical treatment.

No one is bombing you, you dont have to move as a refugee in fear of your life with no possessions.

So count your blessings and get on with your life now, perhaps take some short trips to places you might move to in the meantime.

I can appreciate the stress you are under.

But, with a bit more patience, you will have more money and more choices than many enjoy.

You will have the means to change your life for the better.

So try and focus on the positives rather than the negatives.
