Hello,

Not sure if this is the right place to post or not but i wasnt sure where to put it.
I recently used paypal to book some tickets home from traveling, however a few days later i found that paypal had refused my money telling me that i didnt have the funds to pay for them, sending me back my money. So when i received this email i decided to buy my tickets again through a german company called flixbus. Today i received a call from paypal telling me that i owe them £117 for the tickets, even though they made it sound like they had canceled it.
Does anybody have any advice on this?

My advice is to contact PayPal pronto. Why didn't you query this when PayPal called you?

If you are unhappy with the response from PayPal, it has voluntarily agreed to FOS jurisdiction - so you can get a free independent view.
