privateparkingappeals website help!!!

Hi,
I have two outstanding PPC appeals open with privateparkingappeals.co.uk since last year, they both were adjourned until the Beavis case.
The person assigned to helping my case was extremely helpful all the way through and was very knowledgeable.
I had not heard anything for months so decided to send an email to the person helping me. To my surprise the email bounced back with a generic email stating they are no longer associated with ppappeals.co.uk. They did however leave an email of another person to whom all further correspondence could be forwarded to.
I have made many attempts to contact this person, I have also tried to call and use the email on the website but no one has responded.
I just wanted to know if anyone else has had any similar experiences. I have had no correspondence from POPLA or the PPC so am unsure of what to do. I was told my cases could be won on more than just the Genuine pre-estimate of loss and in fact the person doing my appeal did not use this as the main reason for appeal so they said it was surprising they had been adjourned. Nevertheless they were very capable and I was confident they would win for me, but now they have left it seems no-one else has picked up my case?
Any advice, help or experiences is much appreciated...

I suspect that (ppappeals) was just an abbreviation for speed, and that the email wasn't actually sent to an address on that domain..0

Yes that is correct.
I was being lazy and didn't type out the full address again as I had already mentioned it0 -
I suspect these were in the 4000 cases that the BPA appointed WRIGHT HASSELL to adjudicate on , which are currently being processed0
