Wow really? Sorry to hear that. I hope that was the exception rather thn the rule for Lloyds but thats a tough break. I am really hoping that I they will be sympathetic with me if my income is increasing as drastically as it is in the next few months.

The benefit of working through your budget with the CCCS is that they will tell you what you are allowed for each item eg food, clothes, phones etc. This means that should it end up in court (don't know how often that happens) the judge would see that you actually don't have any more money and your offer was a fair one. They can't demand you to pay it if you don't have it.

    Thanks Newgirl.

I didnt even realise that I paid CCCS and they paid my creditors on my behalf!! I dont think that was ever explained to me.. or I missed it when they did. I will definately get in contact with CCCS before embarking in any kind of communication with Lloyds.

Court sounds scary, i'd like to avoid that but i see what you mean with the budgeting etc that CCS do for you.

Great news that your DMP is up and running and your flying! I know what you mean about it being bliss. When I went through my interview with CCCS I felt so so so relieved for the first time in as long as I can remember!
