Evening ladies, it feels like forever since I posted.

Maddiemay, let me know what you think of the hadolabo, it is like a thick toner but absorbs so easily.

Deleted_User, I don't blame you for the candles with the nights drawing in there is nothing better.

    INS
    3 X No 7 eye serum
7 No 7 items in set
    3 hair conditioners
    1 shampoo
    1 hair mousse
    All from boots on offer.

    UUs
the bodyshop glazed Apple shower gel WNBA found the scent too artificial but they are good shower gels

    Tresemme scalp deep conditioner WNBA

Mediheal sheet mask WBA always good.

Lush snowcake soap WBA probably the only one I buy from lush now.

Lush snow fairy shower gel WNBA hate the scent and glad it was only little bottle. Used as shower gel but also cleaning paint brushes and rollers.

Lush jungle solid conditioner WMBA I used to use this quite regularly until lush doubled the price. This one was years old, have a couple of others to use up. I turn mine into a liquid as I don't find it works as a solid for me.

Future primitive warrior sugar scrub WBA it's a very male scent but I really like it. I have the body cream to use but have others I am currently using so will have to wait till they are finished.

Alberto balsalm colour bright detangler WBA very cheap and seemed to do something in getting the lugs out of my hair.

Tony Moly peeling foot mask WBA work well but it's a bit of a mess about 5 days later when your feet shed. I should have planned it better as I am away in 5 days, so will have to take a pair of socks.

Urban Veda purifying hydrating toner WNBA did not like scent and did not find it hydrating.

Todak sleeping pack WNBA too scented, it did last well but prefer others.

Mediheal black dress code sheet mask WBA love them.

Lush granny takes a dip bubble bar WMBA not heavily scented, picked up very cheaply of eBay but does give a lovely bubbly bath and because I don't want too many bubbles I got 6 baths out of it. I must keep reminding myself I do not need anymore bubble bars ( current count 80).

    Lush ultrabland WBA HG

Lush Lord of Misrule bath bomb WBA love the scent and display.

Amino sheet mask WBA saturated with essence it actually dripped of my chin, good fit and unscented.

The bodyshop ginger shampoo 400ml WBA HG

2 X butter bear bath bombs WMBA nice and simple, not a great fan of the cocoa butter that stick to the side of the bath but okay when half price and I liked the tin they came in.

    GA
4 bubble bars to a friend
    4 bubble bars to sister
4 bars of soap to sister

I can't live how quick August has flown, Val glad your daughter has done well and got her place at university. GCSE results came out today and my 2 classes did really well on the whole and I beat my target.

Philip Kingsley One More Day Dry Shampoo 50ml - a GWP but I would consider buying as it is very good.

    Today's UU:

Dove Purely Pampering Nourishing Body Oil 150ml - This was reduced in Tesco recently to £2.50 from its usual price of around £8. It was absolutely lovely and great to use after a shower to keep my skin soft. It has a nice subtle subtle scent. I WDBA if still available but not sure as I haven't seen it on sale anywhere.
Soap & Glory Daily Smooth Body Butter 50ml - I liked this and I have always been a fan of body butters and the Soap & Glory scent. The only downside for me was the packaging as it was really fiddly to use when it got to the tube squeezing stage. This meant that it was sitting there ready to be used up for a while. I finally used it after my shower this morning but I couldn't quite squeeze the very last bits of product out as I was getting sore fingers. Have called this one done. Still got another in the stash to use up. WNBA due to awkward packaging but I have a feeling this packaging has been discontinued anyway (hence why I found it on the Boots Clearance shelves).

I have had a little run of UU:D

    200ml LRP Toleriane Dermo-Cleanser 1 more in stock 6/63
5ml Sunday Riley Flora serum lovely, but probably WNBA expensive 7/64
1 litre Lavender Marseille liquid soap WBA but came from TKMaxx and rarely visit one now 8/65
200ml Batiste Original already replaced 9/66

I have 7 things left on PP list, should finish a perfume and 2 eye products and a hair styling one might hang on until early September, might not.

Sam4000 - I have been using the hadolabo for almost a week and really like it, will certainly buy again, many thanks for the rec:A

ValM - I have gone back to my Benefit Lemon Aid, after looking out a richer eye cream and using it for a couple of weeks, I find I can use it again:j

Treasurequeen Dolly84 - there is something in LE eyebright that causes me problems, shame because so many great value kits include the blasted stuff:( The little homeopathic type tablets are great though, and I used them a lot for tired eyes when driving, or too much screen work.

My 4 new Nails Inc polishes have arrived, but fortunately I don't count nail stuff:o I will use 1 later when I take off the Zoya Odette with accent OPI Blush Hour.

Here's wishing everyone a good BH weekend and hoping that you don't have to go to work.

  • Well, that's it from me for 3 days. Being weekday staff where i work means i never have to work on the weekend or on a public or bank holiday ever again, unless i pick it as overtime. Yeah, right! :rotfl:

I doubt I'm going to get anything uu'd, other than the opened pack of the Simple eye makeup remover wipes tonight. I'm almost certain that there are only 2 wipes left in that packet. One for each eye. Any more than that though then I'm sure I'll finish them off in the morning.

Wishing everyone a good and hopefully work free bank holiday weekend. See you on the other side :o

Elemis Tan Accelerator 400ml. WDBA and soon! This bottle has lasted years as it only comes out in preparation for foreign holidays. It's fab product. I get an amazing tan when using it and the tan lasts ages. Looking for any good Elemis deals as I'm nearly out of cleanser and MRM out of shave cream.

I was in Debenhams today and they had some Elemis packs on the clearance shelves.

    I have uu's

Benefit That Gal Primer - this was a mini tube and it is the brightening primer. It did the job but WNBA and this applies to all primers, when I have used what I have I will be decluttering them from my life in my bid to reduce the amount of stuff I use generally.

Philosophy Purity Made Simple 90ml - wouldn't go out of my way to get hold of this although I do like it but there are cheaper more readily available products which do the same job. Two more bottles in the stash to uu anyway.

    bottle of garnier micelluar water

finished a pack of cotton pads from lidi- they are rough, but its my nearest store so i just buy them their out of laziness.

nothing else used up as ive been super busy working to hit targets and getting everyone to do the same. it has been difficult. we hit them so i can relax over the long weekend
  • As i thought, i UU'd the Simple eye makeup remover wipes.

Can't see me UU'ing anything else this month now so going to get my unnecessaries all together in one place so i can write a list to put up in next months thread :D

Day 1 of my 3 days off and all dishes and laundry done, tidied up and been and had my hair cut(by my aunt for free so very MSE!)

Hope everyone else enjoys the rest of their bank holiday :)

True, sam.4000, but I've currently got about 40! It's not like they go off though, I suppose!
Not trying to enable and I know all TK Maxx stores have different stuff but my local one had loads of sheet masks. Not any brands I immediately recognised though.

I have another little UU. L'Occitane Rose Shea Hand Cream. WMBA. This was a little 10ml one from a gift set. I like the shea ones from L'occitane but I don't know if I prefer them to Crabtree and Evelyn.

Also, I did go through some stuff with my 'let's be realistic' hat on. So GA four nail varnishes. I don't paint my nails and if I did, it wouldn't be with these colours. They were all from GWP/beauty box etc.
I GA an Umberto Giannini Overnight Beautifying Hair Balm because I had two from Chistmas gift sets. I GA a full size unopened John Frieda Luxurious Volume Root Booster Blow Dry Lotion and TA a mini one of the same because I'd used a bit of it. It just doesn't do anything. I think my hair is too thick for it to work to be honest. I also mostly let my hair dry naturally anyway so it's pointless.

I've been watching decluttering videos again and one suggests getting everything out in one place - I think that's the same idea as the Marie Kondo? - instead of doing a drawer at a time. I'm considering trying that tomorrow! I've never done it in one hit like that before.

Talked myself out of buying a few Stila bits on their online sale by actually looking up swatches first. I'm not wowed by the reviews and swatches of the new UD Ultimate Basics either.
I might pick up a No7 foundation while I have a voucher when I go shopping on Monday. I also spotted a new Rimmel foundation I want to try and it's on an introductory price so I'm going to see if I can find any reviews beforehand. There's so much new stuff out at the moment. Superdrug had some Christmas gift sets already!

Hope everyone's enjoying their weekend! :)
