Happyrooms.com HELP!!! PROBLEM NOW SOLVED

PROBLEM NOW SOLVED

Happyrooms.com
Booked on 29/07/16 and received confirmation email booking ref 694322904
Contacted property owner to let them know our arrival time (as instructed on booking confirmation).
Owner responded with "We have no record of your booking and property is fully booked for your dates".
Despite numerous phone calls and emails I am yet to receive a response from Happyrooms.
My predicament is with only 48 hrs left before travel if I book alternative accommodation and the original property does turn out to be reserved I will lose anything paid to Happyrooms.com

    what does your card show as the recipient of the payment?

    Happyrooms.com is a new one on me.

    Any particular reason why you have used a travel provider based in Russia for this booking?

    Their website boasts of 24h service and support. Have you called them?

  • After 24 hours of phone calls, emails and stress Happyrooms have finally agreed that the property was double booked and have issued a refund.
