Called for new assessment

Hello,
Back in 2012, I got called in by ATOS for a work capability assessment, which I of course failed. I needed to appeal and was put on appeal rate ESA until the appeal, about 13 months later. I won it but was told that it'd be re-assessed in 24 months time. In January this year, I was sent an ESA 50 to complete, which I did pretty compressively (with benefits advisors). A couple of days ago I got another letter calling me in for a health assessment. What I'm interested to know is, on this forum, somebody told me that I could fail it again, I'd go back on assessment rate ESA for another year until appeal. Somebody else said that as I'd proved my disability in the appeal (I have a condition which will never improve), I was just jumping through hoops now.
Which one of these is more likely? Perhaps neither.
Tim.

Seems like standard practise. Never listen to anyone elses story regarding assessments. The only person who knows you will fail is the assessor or DM at DWP...
ESA isn't an indefinite award like incapacity benefit. You need to be reassessed in order for DWP to check is your work capability remains the same or has changed. Everyone has to get assessed.0
