Considering buying a tablet, which companies are decent, I have heard of:
Acer
Asus
Samsung

Anyone else to consider?

Thank you

I agree with this post. My hubby is now on his second Lenovo after many years and he is really pleased with it and the price was good too.

What price range were you thinking of ?

Do you want expandoable storage eg insert an sd card to give you more storage.
  • Hi,

could a tablet be used for home use to replace a laptop?

My Samsung R710 0n Vista HP, is starting to go a bit funny.

No heavy downloads or games, just surfing, emails and a few Open Office spreadsheets.

    Thanks.

    Open Office spreadsheets.

    Thanks.

For office work I'd highly recommend the Ocado tablet, fiddly small tablets are useless for spreadsheets:
