I also was caught out by this scam. I brought my daughter a Xbox One package of their website for £239.00 it did not arrive tried contacting them with no luck email and phone number has been blocked.

Reported to my bank scam team they are getting in touch with HSBC to try and recover my money I have also reported this to the cyber crimes divison and I would urge anyone else who was scammed via this to report it to there bank and police.

Report it as fraud to your bank and police they might be able to retrieve your money my bank are trying to as I was also caught by this scammer.

Thanks, I've opened a case of fraud, there are over 50 people you have been scammed. The sad part my ban Halifax are not interested yet others who bank with Lloyds, nationwide and NatWrst have had assistence and are assisting their clients.

completely gutted is the word. My son ordered ab Xbox from this company . Just tried to get in contact as not arrived and the website has been taken down. Can not get through on the phone even though I spoke to the guy from the company a few dats ago. PLEASE, if you have been scammed by this company ring Action Fraud help line. 0300 1232040 and report this company. You could give them other information about them and this might help to get the !!!!!!!. Ring the police too. I hope they catch them

Just been informed by my bank that they won't be refunding my money as there is no way of getting the money back, I bank with nationwide. I am utterly devastated !! I have reported this crime to the cyber fraud squad who will be passing all the information to the fraud squad in London. I will not be getting any money back, but I just want this thieving !!!!!!! caught now !!

Hi, I have also been scammed by this company, been onto my bank to see if there is anything they can do, but I need Hippos sort code and account number, I don't suppose anyone has this this information, I would be very grateful.

This is just a scam. I bought xbox one and paid £239 and was expecting to get today. It has not arrived. I tried to contact them by and email but both have been blocked and black listed and even their webpage taken down. I reported this scam to my bank and to action fraud. Also I have been advised to repot it to trading standards.

Thank you for the details, will try my bank, but don't think I will get money back, what I don't understand is that they are registered with companies house, hopefully they are not as clever as they think, and have left a trail behind.
