Cahoot - Warning

I paid some cash into my Cahoot account via the post office somewhere along the line it got lost even though all info on the receipt was correct.
Cahoot very kindly informed me it would take 10 days to find it after I asked them where it was! I checked my bank account to find they had found it and had credited my account - no contact from them, no apology, nothing so if anyone has an account with them and pays in cash - CHECK IT.:mad:

Cahoot once managed to lose some cash I had deposited at a Post Office too.

also i sent a balance transfer to there address on there website, and twice they have not recieved it!


they failed to tell me taht the address advertized was in fact an incorrect address,

dont know whats going on!

Don't know whats going on!

They have received 100% of my postal requests but have not always processed them. I've had few problems there but as I say even when there was a problem they have always received my item. The address I use is:
