Does anyone use an email hosting company for Spam Filtering?

Looking to route our clients email through a hosting company in order to reduce Spam before it hits the exchange server. We have a few companys in mnd such as APM and Black Spider but wanted to find out if anyone uses one and what their thoughts are?
Things we are looking for are as follows.

- Competitive pricing
- Ability to access their servers through webmail should our local servers be offline
- Good Support via phone
- Easy to use online control panel.
