Barclays Packaged Account Reclaim Success

I used the Resolver link on the Money Saving Expert site a few weeks ago to complain about being mis-sold my Additions account in 2003. Cannot fault Barclays handling of the claim & the speed with which they sent me a questionnaire so they could have full details and then following this up with a quick phone all to clarify a couple of questions. This week I have received £2533, paid directly into my bank account! Very glad I follow Money Saving Expert and the advice on here :j
