Flights available from major international airports in London only; Winner and guest must have full passport valid for at least 6 months at time of travel; Any necessary visas are responsibility of winner and guest; A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation; Hotel accommodation is based on two adults sharing one double or twin room; Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companion to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion are aged 70 or over; Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available; Prize is subject to availability; Prize cannot be taken from 21st December 2016 – 2nd January 2017 (Christmas and New Year), over UK bank holidays or over Easter Sunday; Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and travel must be booked and completed within that time frame; Winners must give at least 6 weeks' notice in advance of their chosen travel dates; All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time; Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended; At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over; Where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission; The prize excludes domestic ground transfers; The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize; The buggy adventure is for one driver and one passenger; The tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication; the tour is not recommended for participants with back problems or for pregnant women; comfortable shoes are recommended; children must be accompanied by adults; the buggy driver must be over the age of 18; anyone under this age will not be able to drive, but may ride along as a passenger; the buggy tour will depart at 9am or 4pm; For the Northern Lights tour, minimum numbers apply and there is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation should there not be enough passengers to meet requirements; in this event, the participants will be offered an alternative or full refund; In the event that participants do not see the northern lights, or if the tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, it is possible to rebook for another evening free of charge (subject to availability), but no refund will be provided; The northern lights tour runs between September and April; activities of an equal value can be arranged for winners travelling outside of this time; the departure time varies by season; Between September 1 – September 14 the tour departs at 9pm, between September 15 – March 31 the tour departs at 8pm, between October 15 – March 15 the tour departs at 7pm, and between April 1 – April 15 the tour departs at 9pm; Both the buggy adventure and northern lights tours include hotel pick up and drop off, commencing approximately 30-60 minutes prior to the departure time; The meal will be provided to the value of £100.
