G24 parking fine salford Precinct (Aldi)

Hi everyone,
I have been issued with a parking fine through the post from G24, the car park has 3 hours free parking and I overstayed by around 40 mins.
they have sent me a letter through the post saying that I have to pay £50 or if I pay right away it will be reduced to £45, my car was captured on a camera device.
I don't know what to do, please don't shout at me for not reading the other posts because I have, I still don't understand what I must do? please can someone explain to me what action I need to take?
I am not very intelligent when it comes to appeals and letter writing and the law.
I don't have any receipts from shopping that day and I dont even know if the car park is owned by the local shopping Precinct or Aldi.
thank you and please be patient with me im not the sharpest tool in the shed.
*Edit .....I looked at the letter and it says it is IPC accredited, please can someone advise me ?
Thank you
steve

this is all outlined in the IPC and IAS sections of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread near the top of this forum, please read it
but simply put just for YOU
appeal to G24 around day 18 from the incident with the IPC template appeal
then if they dont cancel, IGNORE any letters EXCEPT for actual court claim letters , which are called MCOL , google it
they have 6 years to try a court claim (MCOL) in the civil courts
ideally , you get the landowner to cancel if G24 do not cancel
thats it0 -

not quite the 40% reduction required by the POFa actSave a Rachael

G24 made a big mistake joining the IPC as they now are classed as scammers
It's all about the sham set up by Gladstones solicitors who run the IPC, a scammers club to extort money from motorists.
No point appealing to the IPC/IAS, IT IS RUN BY LAUREL AND HARDY
Ignore G24 and the crazzies who call themselves debt collectors who might start sending you reams of used toilet paper.
NEVER EVER TALK TO MONKEYS, THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH
if you do get court papers from G24 then come back here, until then just enjoy your life0 -

Presumably before they joined the IPC when they were BPA members they weren't so classified? Yeah, right! !!!!!!! :rotfl:
Conversation terminated. :cool:Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

the UK government has allowed "scammers" to operate within UK laws , and is happy to accept the monies coming in from the DVLA and the county court fees , whilst not giving a hoot about the people that ELECTED THEMSave a Rachael
