I am is on Jsa and Housing benefit and i wish to know how many hours can my wife work without affecting my benfits

depends on what type of JSA. Contribution based she can work as much as she wants and your JSA is not affected. If income based she can work up to 24 hours but payment will be reduced by income (possibly to zero)
Housing benefit is based on income not hours0
