Which travel insurance is best when holiday involves alcohol?

I suppose that comes down to what their policy states. And I'd prefer to have an idea of an "allowance" than a general term like "under the influence of alcohol".
I think this article makes very interesting reading on the subject and highlights the importance of insurers being clear in their wordings:

I wouldn't because it means nothing. I'd be in a completely different state after 4 pints than my son would be. If I had 4 glasses of wine over 4 hours I'd be fine. Over 1 hour or even 2 hours and I wouldn't be.
My policy states
"We do not expect you to avoid alcohol on your trip but we will not cover any claim arising because you have drunk so much alcohol that your judgement is seriously affected and you need to make a claim as a result".
4 glasses of wine in an hour and my judgement would be seriously affected. My friend on the other hand would be heading off very steadily for another bottle, and as sober as a judge.0 -

But if she tripped on the way, banged her head, ended up in hospital, and the doctors reported that she smelt strongly of alcohol and had alcohol in her blood, what then?
Not arguing, just trying to consider all angles...
