We’ve teamed up with The Northumberland Sausage Company to give away a two-hour sausage-making experience in a purpose-built Sausology Workshop, in Brocksbushes Farm, just outside of Hexham.

This sausage-making workshop sees an experienced chef share culinary secrets with pupils in a hands-on session. You’ll get to grips with a sausage machine and produce about 1kg of bangers to take home. There some weird and wonderful ingredients to choose from such as maple syrup, peanut butter, banana and chocolate, as well as more conventional ingredients and even vegetarian options too.

Valid 60 days after competition (excluding bank holidays) on Saturday and Sundays from 10am til 2pm, subject to demand and availability. Winner must be 18 or over.
