Please could I have help with a single extension and bathroom move quote?

Hi,

We are looking to extend our 1950's bungalow, which has a double foundation (cannot remember exact terminology :rotfl: but has 2 layers of concrete). The extension itself will be approx. 7.5m x 3m and will inculde extending the porch, extending one bedroom and adding a bedroom.

Alongside this we are looking to convert our current family bathroom into an ensuite (probable toilet move by 1 metre). And install a new family bathroom across the hall about 2 metres away from current soil stack. So I think I will end up with 2 soil stacks and drainage.

I was hoping someone would be able to help me with rough estimates for the work to be done. I am aware I will have to get a trench for new drainage dug but really don't want a saniflow.

Planning permission is already in place from previous home owner and I will have to resubmit for building regs.

Not exactly the same but as no one else is answering, I will give you our rough costs.
Single extension, 6x3.8 with new shower room and toilet created downstairs, new kitchen and new flooring throughout. New central heating system. Definitely new drainage trenches dug and a soak away. Total cost will be around £40k once everything is done. This includes fees and materials.
