Can anyone advise me?

QVC took a payment from my credit card twice by mistake
They are aware of this and said they would only be requesting one payment.
However both payment amounts are pending.
Does anyone know when the second payment will be credited back to my barclaycard?
Does anyone know how this works?
Thanks

I've had this problem (not with QVC) and I have a Barclaycard. They've said that payments pending won't always go though, and that they would keep an eye on my account and they would dispute one of them if they did both go through (they both did go through and Barclaycard refunded one).

You have to call them to dispute one of the payments. You can wait until they are both debited, or you can call them now and they will keep a look out. The guy on the phone said that they sometimes ask for evidence by the way.

    Hope this helps!

Cake Crusader, do you mean I should call Barclaycard or QVC?
    Thanks
