Someone keeps signing up to the Shpok app with my email

Does anyone know how I can prevent this please?

It's just happened for the third time and, while Shpok delete the account, they're not doing anything to prevent it happening repeatedly.

Probably can't get them to exclude an Email address.

But their is a simple (but rather unhelpful) solution :

Sign up yourself and then ignore it.
Make sure opt out of all marketing options (if possible).

Or just take over the account.
IE, click on "forgot password" follow instructions in the email.

Leave it for a few months, then close the account with Spock.

Someone kept using one of my email addresses with Sony PS4 network. However, you can't contact them, unless you make an account. Their password re-set was a little more sophisticated and for some reason I couldn't reset the password.
I just marked the emails as spam. Not great for PS4 Network as the more people do it, the more Microsoft, Gmail, Whoever automatically marks it as spam...
