Hello trying to sell my house and have hit a problem. The title deeds say that "a deed of Covenant is required to be entered into...." We have spoken to the management company and they say they do not manage our property but the buyers solicitors insist it says they do. We have told them there is no charge and the management company don't want to send a letter as they have nothing to do with the house.
